Donato Valadaress short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Mateus Cordeiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Cuyabasinho SS booed when Vista Alegre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cuyabasinho SS's Cauan Cosme couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vista Alegre. In the 19th minute Duarte Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Víktor Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuyabasinho SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Víktor Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cuyabasinho SS's Duarte Rosa got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Víktor Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabrício Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Rosa in the 25th minute of play. After 27 played minutes Cuyabasinho SS got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Rosa. If Wellington Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabrício Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Nascimento in the 35th minute of the match. In the 44thth minute of the game Víktor Nascimento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vista Alegre's Fabrício Mendes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Víktor Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Mendes having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Vista Alegre's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Rosa came free, but Fabrício Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
