Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pedro Luís Severo got the match started through his kick off. Gil Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luís Severo in the 7th minute of play. After 8th play minutes Quintana Seron shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Gil Saraiva and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 11th minute Duda de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quintana Seron who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Gil Saraiva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 14 played minutes Maioba got a freekick which was hit by Duda de Brito. 20 minutes into the match, Maioba's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luís Severo came free, but Gil Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Psicodélico FC's zone, Alberto Pimenta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovanni Diniz came out of the goal and Alberto Pimenta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maioba's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pedro Luís Severo 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. 38 minutes into the match, Psicodélico FC's Pedro Luís Severo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gil Saraiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Pimenta was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Psicodélico FC booed when Maioba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murilo Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gil Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luís Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute Psicodélico FC were awarded a corner. Dráuzio Soares went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Psicodélico FC's Rafinha Mineiro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Quintana Seron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Luís Severo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gil Saraiva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Psicodélico FC's Quintana Seron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gil Saraiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pedro Luís Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gil Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Pedro Luís Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gil Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintana Seron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Maioba's zone, Rafinha Mineiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gil Saraiva came out of the goal and Rafinha Mineiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 80 minutes of play, Psicodélico FC's Pedro Luís Severo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gil Saraiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute, Quintana Seron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Pedro Luís Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luís Severo in the 91st minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Murilo Furtado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maioba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Psicodélico FC the free kick. A collision led to Maioba getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Murilo Furtado hit a great ball. If Pedro Luís Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Psicodélico FC were the better team. Psicodélico FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
