Léo Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Léo Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Léo Luz during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ariramba getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Léo Luz hit a great ball. Luiz Eduardo Abraão struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Toninho Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Benta FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernão Bertassi in the 23rd minute of play forced Benta FC's goalkeeper Cristian Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Eduardo Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. After 46 minutes of play, Benta FC's Haroldo Novaes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toninho Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Cássio da Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Benta FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dráuzio Pinho hit a great ball. When Léo Luz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 60 minutes had been played. In the 61st minute, Léo Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haroldo Novaes in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Toninho Amorim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Ariramba getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Fernão Bertassi hit a great ball. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ariramba's goalkeeper Toninho Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee ignored Benta FC's protests and gave Dudu Donato a yellow card for diving instead. After 87 played minutes Benta FC got a freekick which was hit by Dudu Donato. 92 minutes into the match, Ariramba's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Eduardo Abraão came free, but Toninho Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haroldo Novaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Amorim having to interfere. Toninho Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Eduardo Abraão in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Benta FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
