Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Diguinho Travassos made the kick off which started today's match. Cacá Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in AD Enseada's zone, Váldson de Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luizão Vasconcelos came out of the goal and Váldson de Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diguinho Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Luizão Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Váldson de Almeida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luizão Vasconcelos having to make a save. A hard shot 16 in the game by Váldson de Almeida from a close distance when the talented Luizão Vasconcelos managed to make a qualified save. AD Enseada's players were relieved. In the 18th minute Diguinho Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizão Vasconcelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Atlético Metropolitano booed when AD Enseada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Francisco das Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Váldson de Almeida scored 1-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luizão Vasconcelos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute, Váldson de Almeida ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luizão Vasconcelos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Diguinho Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to AD Enseada getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. João Francisco das Neves hit a great ball. In the 38th minute of the match, Váldson de Almeida got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luizão Vasconcelos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Diguinho Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Luizão Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, AD Enseada's goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Travassos came free, but Luizão Vasconcelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cacá Favoretto to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Diguinho Travassos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Metropolitano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Diguinho Travassos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Atlético Metropolitano's Edu de Lara got a free kick in the 60th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Atlético Metropolitano fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! Váldson de Almeida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luizão Vasconcelos having to make a save. Atlético Metropolitano's attack was well implemented in the 82nd minute, but when Diguinho Travassos was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Váldson de Almeida in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luizão Vasconcelos saved AD Enseada from getting behind. 92 minutes into the match, Diguinho Travassos notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of AD Enseada's Luizão Vasconcelos. Luizão Vasconcelos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Atlético Metropolitano had played much better football throughout.
