Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Celsinho Paraibano made the kick off which started today's match. If Cido Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 10th match minute, Aleluia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diguinho Guedes to maneuver through the defense. Gil Saldanha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lenílson Borges in the 13th minute. After 16 minutes of play, Aleluia's Angelo Sergipano made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Simão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angelo Sergipano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Diguinho Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelo Sergipano in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Simão saved Macuxixiri from getting behind. Abel Simão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Sergipano in the 35th minute of the match. If Angelo Sergipano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abel Simão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cido Hoffmann went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute, Raimundo Dracena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Aleluia's Edu Guerra tried to score from far away in the 45th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After the first half Aleluia were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelo Sergipano to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Sergipano in the 51st minute of play forced Macuxixiri's goalkeeper Abel Simão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Lenílson Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macuxixiri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lenílson Borges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raimundo Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Aleluia's goal looked a bit too open when Celsinho Paraibano came free, but Gil Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Macuxixiri's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Sergipano came free, but Abel Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Sergipano, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 70th minute, Cido Hoffmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Macuxixiri's zone, Cido Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Simão came out of the goal and Cido Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Angelo Sergipano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macuxixiri's Abel Simão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes in the game, Angelo Sergipano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Abel Simão having to interfere. If Cido Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Sergipano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Macuxixiri getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Claudinho Paiva hit a great ball.
