Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alberto Koehler kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Umberto Vides was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bacre AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ibitioca the free kick. After 3 played minutes Bacre AD got a freekick which was hit by Umberto Vides. When César Mangueira came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Bacre AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Mangueira couldn't finish the play. When Sidney Magalhães fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibitioca's protests and gave Sidney Magalhães a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ibitioca getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Sidney Magalhães hit a great ball. In the 9th minute of the match Fellipe de Azevedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Augusto Duarte skillfully saved the ball. Ibitioca's Carlos Augusto Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdomiro Sena in the 16th minute of play. Agnaldo Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Bacre AD getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Fellipe de Azevedo hit a great ball. Ibitioca's Agnaldo Prado got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Augusto Duarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by César Mangueira in the 24th minute. César Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Carlos Augusto Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Bacre AD got a freekick which was hit by Adelino de Barros. During the 31st minute of the match Umberto Vides completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Umberto Vides a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 31st minute, Umberto Vides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmílson Marquez charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmílson Marquez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. César Mangueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Augusto Duarte having to make a save. The supporters of Bacre AD booed when Ibitioca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Bueno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Koehler got in the 43rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Nuno de Godoy handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and César Mangueira made a kick off. Bacre AD's Nuno de Godoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Koehler in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th match minute, Ibitioca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Bueno to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ibitioca's Anselmo Dantas got a free kick in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Mangueira in the 64th minute of play forced Ibitioca's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sidney Magalhães was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 70th match minute, Ibitioca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Valdomiro Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Augusto Duarte having to interfere. Carlos Augusto Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Mangueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ibitioca's Carlos Augusto Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Mangueira in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Bacre AD getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Hélder Garcia hit a great ball. In the 84th minute of the match Baltazar Soeiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nuno de Godoy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 86 minutes, Valdomiro Sena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bacre AD and the Ibitioca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Valdomiro Sena hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Nuno de Godoy acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Baltazar Soeiro. With a little luck, Bacre AD's Nuno de Godoy got control of the ball when Agnaldo Prado tried to sneak it across the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
