Paramano AD:s Reynaldo Loyola showed great skill when he stopped Alexsandro Loyola:s penalty. After some careless play in the Paramano AD defense, Alexsandro Loyola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Loyola. The Paramano AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Loyola should have stopped the shot. Charles Vianna charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charles Vianna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Charles Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Cipriano Arantes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paramano AD and the Favorita SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adhemar Tande stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dedê Bastos's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When João Rosado fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paramano AD's protests and gave João Rosado a yellow card for diving instead. João Rosado kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match.
