Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arí Albuquerque got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Aparaju booed when Carregador FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nelson Chaves struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Agnaldo Lopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aparaju. In the 10th minute, Michel Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nelson Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agnaldo Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson Chaves in the 19th minute of the match. Anselmo Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arí Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Arí Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aparaju's Anselmo Barreto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilvan Jacinto in the 29th minute of play. If Arí Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Barreto in the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilvan Jacinto in the 35th minute of play forced Aparaju's goalkeeper Anselmo Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carregador FC's goalkeeper Agnaldo Lopez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Aparaju's goal looked a bit too open when Gilvan Jacinto came free, but Anselmo Barreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Albuquerque in the 39th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Gilvan Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Tiago Gabriel Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Nelson Chaves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aparaju's supporters rose to their feet, but Nelson Chaves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agnaldo Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carregador FC's goalkeeper Agnaldo Lopez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 57 played minutes Aparaju got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Gabriel Lopez. Aparaju's Anselmo Barreto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Aparaju from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the game, Percival Arósio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carregador FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aparaju the free kick. Agnaldo Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson Chaves in the 73rd minute of play. Nelson Chaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agnaldo Lopez having to interfere. After 76 minutes, Márcio Guimarães mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carregador FC and the Aparaju players grew even worse after the yellow card. 79 minutes in the game, Nelson Chaves dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Doni Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the game, Arí Albuquerque was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carregador FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aparaju the free kick. Arí Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Nelson Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Agnaldo Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nelson Chaves scored 2-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agnaldo Lopez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Gilvan Jacinto could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Anselmo Barreto however easily saved by the left post. When the referee ended the match the Aparaju players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
