Meoas's Moisés Alvarenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Camargo in the 4th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jarbas Santana during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th minute, Jarbas Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natã Seco, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Meoas getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Vitinho Meireles hit a great ball. Sealand's Laércio Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarbas Santana in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Sealand booed when Meoas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitinho Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Capixaba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Moisés Alvarenga made a huge save. Moisés Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Camargo in the 32nd minute of the match. Laércio Cardozo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedé Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With an all-out effort, Sealand's Moisés Alvarenga threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lino Camargo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Moisés Alvarenga didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 38th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. A collision led to Sealand getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Clemente Campidelis hit a great ball. If Andrézinho Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Zeca Pires's shot from long distance in the 55th minute was not bad at all, but Sealand's Laércio Cardozo knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Tiago Palmeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laércio Cardozo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedé Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Dedé Trancoso took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Laércio Cardozo to make any attempt to save it. Dedé Trancoso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laércio Cardozo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. If Tiago Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiago Palmeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dedé Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laércio Cardozo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedé Trancoso in the 69th minute of play. Laércio Cardozo came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Meoas's Tiago Palmeira. But to his dismay, Tiago Palmeira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Sealand's Laércio Cardozo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Sealand from getting a goal against them. 83 minutes into the match, Meoas's Dedé Trancoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laércio Cardozo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Angelo Capixaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Alvarenga having to interfere. After 89 minutes of play, Sealand's Lino Camargo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moisés Alvarenga was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Angelo Capixaba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marcinho Goiano fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meoas's protests and gave Marcinho Goiano a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sealand booed when Meoas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcinho Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Angelo Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sealand's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Capixaba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Capixaba in the 95th minute of play forced Meoas's goalkeeper Moisés Alvarenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
