Hortêncio Perez got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 4th match minute before Maicon Ceresso had time to react. After a rather tough play, Aricobe's Tibúrcio de Andrade got a free kick in the 6th minute. Maicon Ceresso made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Hortêncio Perez sent off a good shot on target. Hortêncio Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maicon Ceresso having to interfere. When Dedé Dionísio fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minaçu Futebol Clube's protests and gave Dedé Dionísio a yellow card for diving instead. Simão Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maicon Ceresso having to interfere. Maicon Ceresso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Minaçu Futebol Clube defense, Simão Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maicon Ceresso. The Minaçu Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maicon Ceresso should have stopped the shot. After 28 minutes, Dionísio Saldanha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aricobe and the Minaçu Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Aricobe getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Dionísio Saldanha hit a great ball. In the 34th minute João Pedro Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Fontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes, Danilo Bueno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Minaçu Futebol Clube and the Aricobe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Danilo Bueno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrique Fontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Pedro Fernandez went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as João Pedro Fernandez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henrique Fontes. That made the score 2-4 in the 53 minute of play. Simão Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Maicon Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bernardo Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 63 in the game by Bernardo Souto from a close distance when the talented Henrique Fontes managed to make a qualified save. Aricobe's players were relieved. When Minaçu Futebol Clube's João Pedro Fernandez in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Tibúrcio de Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aricobe's supporters rose to their feet, but Tibúrcio de Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maicon Ceresso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aricobe's goalkeeper Henrique Fontes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Henrique Fontes made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Bernardo Souto sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Tibúrcio de Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aricobe's supporters rose to their feet, but Tibúrcio de Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maicon Ceresso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Although Aricobe had been in control for most of the match, Minaçu Futebol Clube still came away with the win.
