With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kauan Quaresma in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovani Fonseca saved Aribao from getting behind. When Sabino Schmidt came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Aribao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabino Schmidt couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the match, Fluviopolis SC's goal looked a bit too open when Sabino Schmidt came free, but Márcio Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Aribao's Sabino Schmidt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Márcio Mazza. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. With his leg Márcio Mazza managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Aribao's Wilson de Alcântara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Schmidt in the 21st minute of play forced Fluviopolis SC's goalkeeper Márcio Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd play minute Wilson de Alcântara came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Márcio Mazza. 2-0. A collision led to Aribao getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. João Pedro Santana hit a great ball. Geovani Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro de Alcântara in the 26th minute of the match. Aribao's Geovani Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Quaresma in the 30th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kauan Quaresma in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geovani Fonseca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan Quaresma in the 34th minute of play forced Aribao's goalkeeper Geovani Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Erivaldo da Cunha took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovani Fonseca. Geovani Fonseca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Erivaldo da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani Fonseca having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Schmidt in the 61st minute of play forced Fluviopolis SC's goalkeeper Márcio Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kauan Quaresma might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geovani Fonseca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kauan Quaresma ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson de Alcântara in the 77th minute of play forced Fluviopolis SC's goalkeeper Márcio Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caio de Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Fluviopolis SC got a freekick which was hit by Caio de Lara. 81 minutes into the game, Kauan Quaresma lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Geovani Fonseca. In the 85th minute, Wilson de Alcântara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aribao fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After 92 minutes of play, Aribao's Wilson de Alcântara made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Márcio Mazza was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew the final whistle, Aribao could leave the field as winners, despite Fluviopolis SC having more of the ball for most of the match.
