Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nilson Linares took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 played minutes, Parnarama AD's Rafael Maia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vágner Prestes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Parnarama AD reached it. Nilson Linares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Vágner Prestes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Oséas Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papacaio's supporters rose to their feet, but Oséas Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Fabiano Vides breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute of the match, Oséas Cunha tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luiz Fabiano Vides saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Parnarama AD getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Cássio Dias hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by Oséas Cunha got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Oséas Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fabiano Vides having to interfere. Dionísio Mello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Luiz Fabiano Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Parnarama AD's zone, Oséas Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fabiano Vides came out of the goal and Oséas Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dionísio Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fabiano Vides having to interfere. Oséas Cunha struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Luiz Fabiano Vides didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papacaio. Luiz Fabiano Vides took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséas Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Parnarama AD's Augusto Prado in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Papacaio's goalie prevented a goal. Dionísio Mello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Fabiano Vides having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Parnarama AD's Lúcio Paraíba got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Oséas Cunha made the kick off in the second half. Dionísio Mello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Luiz Fabiano Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Vágner Prestes managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Parnarama AD's Augusto Prado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilson Linares in the 59th minute of play forced Papacaio's goalkeeper Vágner Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oséas Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Fabiano Vides read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Papacaio's Zé Tavares got a free kick in the 66th minute. Vágner Prestes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilson Linares, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Papacaio's goalkeeper Vágner Prestes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Parnarama AD's Luiz Fabiano Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionísio Mello in the 83rd minute of play. Papacaio's Vágner Prestes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Papacaio from getting a goal against them. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
