Gabriel Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cabeça Branca FC's Cléberson Munhoz got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the game, Afonso Mello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Josué de Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ademar Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Jeitosa SS's Ademar Coelho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Jeitosa SS from getting a goal against them. Gabriel Cardoso struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Josué de Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jeitosa SS. After having played for 19 minutes, Guto de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jeitosa SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guto de Godoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gabriel Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josué de Queiroz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kauã Neiva's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. The audience was convinced that Kauã Neiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Josué de Queiroz was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. If Kauã Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexsandro Toscano during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd minute of the match Denílson Medeiros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ademar Coelho skillfully saved the ball. In the 34th minute, Gabriel Cardoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué de Queiroz having to interfere. Gabriel Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Jeitosa SS were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kauã Neiva to strike the kick off in the second half. Richard Dionísio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ademar Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josué de Queiroz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kauã Neiva's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. With a little luck, Cabeça Branca FC's Josué de Queiroz got control of the ball when Gabriel Cardoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 71 played minutes Cabeça Branca FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Arantes. The supporters of Jeitosa SS booed when Cabeça Branca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robinho Aparecido didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Kauã Neiva sped through Cabeça Branca FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Josué de Queiroz. Gabriel Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Jeitosa SS's Kauã Neiva dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. If Kauã Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 92nd minute Kauã Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josué de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Gabriel Cardoso notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Cabeça Branca FC's Josué de Queiroz. Josué de Queiroz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 97th minute, Alexsandro Toscano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Jeitosa SS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cabeça Branca FC throughout the match.
