Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Betinho Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cantanhede SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Betinho Vianna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute, Narciso Azevedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cantanhede SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The corner ended in Percival Maia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Paranatama EC's Edgard Silva did a great save. Narciso Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Edgard Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Azevedo in the 29th minute of play forced Paranatama EC's goalkeeper Edgard Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Willian Gaspar struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Donatello Borges didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paranatama EC. Cantanhede SC's Donatello Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willian Gaspar in the 36th minute of play. Donatello Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felippe Lima in the 37th minute of play. Donatello Borges came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Paranatama EC's Willian Gaspar. But to his dismay, Willian Gaspar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Cantanhede SC's Donatello Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felippe Lima in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Narciso Azevedo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Willian Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donatello Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Paranatama EC's Felippe Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Donatello Borges. Donatello Borges yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. In the 61st minute Felippe Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donatello Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donatello Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felippe Lima in the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to Cantanhede SC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Percival Maia hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Paranatama EC's Raúl Matorin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Felippe Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Donatello Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donatello Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felippe Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Willian Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donatello Borges was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. If Willian Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
