Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Giuseppe Pereira took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dionísio Prata's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Zé Pedro Campidelis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Queimados getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Kauan Rossi hit a great ball. Elano de Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Osmar Paes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Dionísio Prata recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zé Pedro Campidelis. Dionísio Prata showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giuseppe Pereira in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osmar Paes saved Itapinimba from getting behind. Elano de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Itapinimba's Osmar Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elano de Amorim in the 39th minute of play. In the 46th minute Elano de Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osmar Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Elano de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dionísio Prata to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Giuseppe Pereira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itapinimba's Osmar Paes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 54 minutes, Waldemar Faria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itapinimba and the Queimados players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Itapinimba getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Waldemar Faria hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Queimados's Elano de Amorim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osmar Paes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Giuseppe Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan Rossi in the 61st minute of play forced Itapinimba's goalkeeper Osmar Paes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elano de Amorim got free with Osmar Paes in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Giuseppe Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Osmar Paes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Pedro Campidelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Tasso in the 78th minute of play. Elano de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldemar Faria was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 82nd minute, Waldemar Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute Giuseppe Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osmar Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elano de Amorim who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Osmar Paes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Queimados's Osmar Paes threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Giuseppe Pereira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 90 played minutes Itapinimba got a freekick which was hit by João Carlos da Mata. In the 91st minute Giuseppe Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osmar Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elano de Amorim in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Osmar Paes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gugu Bezerra during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Queimados booed when Itapinimba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gugu Bezerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Giuseppe Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Osmar Paes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Queimados failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
