Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Christiano Ceresso took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, HEMPADOS F.C.'s Rômulo Lopez got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Galena's Eusébio Correia tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luís Guilherme Sá blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Catarinense having to make a save. 8 minutes into the match, HEMPADOS F.C.'s Dagoberto Rodrigues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elias Catarinense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Dagoberto Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elias Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Sá in the 17th minute of play. If Dagoberto Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dagoberto Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 23 minutes, Elias Pirani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galena and the HEMPADOS F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elias Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Luís Guilherme Sá notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Galena's Elias Catarinense. Elias Catarinense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Galena getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Fernandão Soeiro hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match Luís Guilherme Sá sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elias Catarinense skillfully saved the ball. After 38 played minutes, HEMPADOS F.C.'s Luís Guilherme Sá shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Elias Catarinense came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in HEMPADOS F.C. reached it. Elias Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernandão Soeiro's late challenge caught a HEMPADOS F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernandão Soeiro helped the player get up and apologised. Albertino Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Ceresso in the 42nd minute of the match. Luís Guilherme Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Catarinense having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Luís Guilherme Sá made the kick off in the second half. Dagoberto Rodrigues could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Elias Catarinense made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Galena's José Augusto Sampaio got a free kick in the 58th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Guilherme Sá in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Catarinense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrianinho Batista lost his temper 64 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Adrianinho Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Eusébio Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 陈广翔 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Catarinense having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dagoberto Rodrigues got free with Elias Catarinense in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th minute Elias Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Elias Catarinense managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when HEMPADOS F.C.'s Dagoberto Rodrigues fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 82 played minutes Galena got a freekick which was hit by Elias Pirani. Dagoberto Rodrigues might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elias Catarinense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dagoberto Rodrigues ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 88 minutes, Valdomiro Rossi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HEMPADOS F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdomiro Rossi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Galena's Elias Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdomiro Rossi in the 91st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Valdomiro Rossi managed to get in a good position for a shot. HEMPADOS F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Valdomiro Rossi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Catarinense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th match minute, HEMPADOS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rômulo Lopez to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over HEMPADOS F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Galena throughout the match.
