Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Conrado Reis kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Marquez in the 5th minute of play forced Ceveira FC's goalkeeper Fred Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fred Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Duarte might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fred Ferreira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelo Duarte ran back to his position shaking his head. Conrado Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval da Cunha having to interfere. Durval da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The audience was convinced that Paulo Marquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fred Ferreira was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Paulo Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. If Marcelo Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 27 minutes into the game, Dourada's Paulo Marquez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fred Ferreira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Fred Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Marcelo Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Ceveira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. The Ceveira FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dourada were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Duarte to make the kick off. Nelson Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cesinha Amorim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Durval da Cunha was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After having played for 79 minutes, Paulo Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dourada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 82 played minutes, Ceveira FC's André Luiz da Rocha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Durval da Cunha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ceveira FC reached it. If Paulo Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fred Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fred Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Duarte in the 88th minute of the match. Paulo Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Ferreira having to interfere. Paulo Marquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fred Ferreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Marcelo Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Dourada players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
