Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 3 minutes of play, Cararbas AD's Tomé Simões made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sidney Cosme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sidney Cosme made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Carlos Augusto Antunes sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Carlos Augusto Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cararbas AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Augusto Antunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sidney Cosme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Cararbas AD's zone, Frédson de Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magno Oliveira came out of the goal and Frédson de Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Conrado Cosme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Magno Oliveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Carlos Augusto Antunes's late challenge caught a Trapizeiro SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Augusto Antunes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Trapizeiro SS getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jaime Domingues hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Tomé Simões fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Frédson de Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarcisio de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Magno Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Cararbas AD booed when Trapizeiro SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Cararbas AD's Diamantino de Amaral broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frédson de Queirós to make the kick off. Tarcisio de Toledo hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Carlos Augusto Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney Cosme having to interfere. If Carlos Augusto Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarcisio de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magno Oliveira having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Frédson de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trapizeiro SS's Frédson de Queirós got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Cararbas AD booed when Trapizeiro SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarcisio de Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cararbas AD's Carlos Augusto Antunes in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Conrado Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Diamantino de Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Tarcisio de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magno Oliveira having to interfere.
