Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tomé Simões started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tomé Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute Marcelinho Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bahia PB's Luís Guilherme de Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th match minute, Bahia PB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cacá do Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Carlos Augusto Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Siqueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelinho Paiva scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Siqueira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eliseu Furtado hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Augusto Antunes in the 23rd minute of play forced Bahia PB's goalkeeper Wilson Siqueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Diamantino Mello fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cararbas AD's protests and gave Diamantino Mello a yellow card for diving instead. Luís Guilherme de Amaral struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Magno Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bahia PB. Luís Guilherme de Amaral who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Magno Oliveira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lenílson Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Luís Guilherme de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Marcelinho Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Cararbas AD's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Guilherme de Amaral came free, but Magno Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Magno Oliveira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The wind increased when Luís Guilherme de Amaral made the kick off in the second half. Dalmo Vergílio charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmo Vergílio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Dalmo Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseu Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magno Oliveira having to interfere. Magno Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Furtado in the 56th minute of the match. Bahia PB's Wilson Siqueira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Bahia PB from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Guilherme de Amaral in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magno Oliveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 60 played minutes Bahia PB got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Motta. Carlos Augusto Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliseu Furtado hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Luís Guilherme de Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Luís Guilherme de Amaral put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Magno Oliveira. After 74 minutes, Luís Guilherme de Amaral made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cararbas AD's Magno Oliveira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Bahia PB booed when Cararbas AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rômulo Urbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute Luís Guilherme de Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseu Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Magno Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Guilherme de Amaral scored 3-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Magno Oliveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomé Simões's late challenge caught a Bahia PB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomé Simões helped the player get up and apologised. Bahia PB's Leopoldo Prestes was substituted for Eliseu Furtado. Tomé Simões hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Bahia PB walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
