Tupiniquins AD's Raúl Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emerson Mendonça in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Massa in the 95th minute of play forced Tupiniquins AD's goalkeeper Raúl Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Tupiniquins AD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Imbiricu FC.
