Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Belchior Teixeira made the kick off and thus started the match. Eduardo Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Garcia during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eduardo Garcia hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Arisvel EC's Célio Chaves couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Alferez SC. After a rather tough play, Alferez SC's Arí Lago got a free kick in the 12th minute. Alfredo Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Belchior Teixeira in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Ceresso saved Arisvel EC from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Arisvel EC's goal looked a bit too open when Belchior Teixeira came free, but Conrado Ceresso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When José Carlos Pitta fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alferez SC's protests and gave José Carlos Pitta a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Arisvel EC booed when Alferez SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Carlos Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Belchior Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 31 played minutes Arisvel EC got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Monteiro. In the 33rd minute, Belchior Teixeira made a precise shot to the right of Conrado Ceresso. Arisvel EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Eduardo Garcia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 35 minutes had been played. Eduardo Garcia hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute of the match Laércio Carioca shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelo Vianna showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mané Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Arí Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Ceresso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Lago in the 45th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Arisvel EC's zone, Arí Lago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Ceresso came out of the goal and Arí Lago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Arisvel EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alferez SC were winning 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredo Carneiro was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Arí Lago kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Conrado Ceresso. That made the score 0-2 in the 51 minute of play. If Alfredo Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 64 minutes, Roberto Duarte made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Alferez SC's Angelo Vianna tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Roberto Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Angelo Vianna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Arí Lago could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Conrado Ceresso however easily saved by the left post. After 81 minutes of play, Arisvel EC's Alfredo Carneiro made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Vianna was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute, Arí Lago ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrado Ceresso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Belchior Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Roberto Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Carneiro in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Vianna prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
