Edmílson Lara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benedito Maranhense went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Vítor Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedito Maranhense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmílson Lara having to interfere. In the 24th minute Benedito Maranhense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmílson Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafinha Marques's late challenge caught a Uruana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafinha Marques helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Camirim AD's Rafinha Marques got a free kick in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Camirim AD's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Pires came free, but Edmílson Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedito Maranhense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmílson Lara having to make a save. 36 minutes into the match, Uruana's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Moura came free, but Tiaguinho Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafinha Marques in the 37th minute of play forced Uruana's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Camirim AD's Leopoldo Leme got a free kick in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filipe Moura to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Camirim AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Donato to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Uruana's Benedito Maranhense slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edmílson Lara. That made the score 0-2 after 52 minutes of play. Benedito Maranhense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Edmílson Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Uruana's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Donato came free, but Tiaguinho Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vítor Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christiano Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Tiaguinho Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Donato in the 72nd minute of the match. If Benedito Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmílson Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benedito Maranhense's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. A collision led to Camirim AD getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Duarte Quirino hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedito Maranhense in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edmílson Lara saved Camirim AD from getting behind. Tiaguinho Magalhães didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Camirim AD's Mauro Donato shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Vítor Pires could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Edmílson Lara made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Uruana's Christiano Diniz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Christiano Diniz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Uruana protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Christiano Diniz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Uruana! Marcinho Cardoso shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Tiaguinho Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Moura in the 93rd minute of the match. Gilberto Valladares's late challenge caught a Camirim AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Camirim AD. Marcinho Cardoso stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tiaguinho Magalhães. 2-2. Fiori Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camirim AD succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Uruana had controlled the match.
