An unexpectedly hard shot by Chicão Passos in the 26th minute of play forced Caamirim's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Palmeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Dantas hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Jailson Veloso made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Jurand Taub sent off a good shot on target. Caamirim's Paulo Renato Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chicão Passos in the 35th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, PRESIDENTE MÉDICI F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel de Sena to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
