Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Romeu Baptista took the kick off in the first half of the match. Silvinho Alves came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by BRAVOS F.C's Gláuber Pombal. But to his dismay, Gláuber Pombal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cláudio Couto was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Hermínio Vaz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hermínio Vaz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Hermínio Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Couto having to interfere. After 16 played minutes Hermínio Vaz rounded BRAVOS F.C's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 26th match minute, TIJUCA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rony Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. Silvinho Alves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeu Baptista's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 35th minute Hermínio Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermínio Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Cláudio Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Gláuber Pombal managed to get in a good position for a shot. BRAVOS F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Gláuber Pombal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvinho Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvinho Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeu Baptista in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BRAVOS F.C's Gláuber Pombal got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hermínio Vaz was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Armando Cabral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TIJUCA F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Rony Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Gláuber Pombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Couto having to interfere. With a little luck, TIJUCA F.C's Silvinho Alves got control of the ball when Gláuber Pombal tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Caco Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeu Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermínio Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Couto having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the BRAVOS F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for TIJUCA F.C.
