Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Valério Neves got the match started through his kick off. Belchior Pernambucano struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Donato Cardozo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barragem EC. Ramiro Gaspar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mauro Dias. Barragem EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arnaldo Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 25 minutes of play, Baltazar's Valério Neves made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Dias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Donato Cardozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belchior Pernambucano in the 28th minute of the match. Baltazar's Donato Cardozo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Baltazar from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Valério Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baltazar's supporters rose to their feet, but Valério Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Dias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jano Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Danilo Saraiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valério Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Barragem EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Baltazar were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Belchior Pernambucano to make the kick off. Belchior Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Cardozo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belchior Pernambucano in the 57th minute of play. After 59 minutes, Ramiro Gaspar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baltazar and the Barragem EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Baltazar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! In the 61st match minute, Baltazar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valério Neves to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Belchior Pernambucano sped through Baltazar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donato Cardozo. After 85 played minutes, Baltazar's Geovânio Mazza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mauro Dias came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Baltazar reached it. Donato Cardozo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. A collision led to Baltazar getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Danilo Viana hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute Valério Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltazar were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Barragem EC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ramiro Gaspar took the corner.
