In the 9thth minute of the game Fernandinho Cosme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uomaloli SC's Breno Loyola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carapi SS's Elano Tande proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Carapi SS from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Uomaloli SC's zone, Dário Coelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Breno Loyola came out of the goal and Dário Coelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Fernandinho Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeremias Paranaense in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Breno Loyola saved Uomaloli SC from getting behind. Breno Loyola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeremias Paranaense's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Breno Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Jeremias Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Carapi SS's Jeremias Paranaense in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uomaloli SC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernandinho Cosme in the 41st managed to get into a good position. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Fernandinho Cosme made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Uomaloli SC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Paranaense came free, but Breno Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 57 in the game by Jeremias Paranaense from a close distance when the talented Breno Loyola managed to make a qualified save. Uomaloli SC's players were relieved. Jeremias Paranaense's late challenge caught a Uomaloli SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremias Paranaense helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Jeremias Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carapi SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Paranaense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Breno Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elano Tande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 72nd minute Fernandinho Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabinho Almeida took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elano Tande. Elano Tande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Elano Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Branco in the 79th minute of play. Jeremias Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Breno Loyola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernandinho Cosme's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. With his leg Breno Loyola managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Carapi SS's Jeremias Paranaense fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Fernandinho Cosme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carapi SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernandinho Cosme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Breno Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uomaloli SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Fernandinho Cosme scored to the left of an out of position Breno Loyola, making the score, 1-2. The Uomaloli SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Carapi SS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
