In the 9th minute, Waldemar Maciel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Waldemar Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Murilo Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Baltazar Meirelles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Murilo Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltazar Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th match minute, Soinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beto Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Soinho getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Bernardo de Sena hit a great ball. Baltazar Meirelles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marcos Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baltazar Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Dantas having to interfere. With a little luck, Soinho's Murilo Dantas got control of the ball when Waldemar Maciel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Waldemar Maciel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Murilo Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltazar Meirelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltazar Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Dantas having to interfere. Bernardo de Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Soinho's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Baltazar Meirelles 43 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Soinho's Murilo Dantas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Soinho from getting a goal against them.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Moura made a kick off. Waldemar Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Dantas having to interfere. Murilo Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltazar Meirelles in the 53rd minute of the match. After 54 minutes, Murilo Freitas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Japi and the Soinho players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 54 played minutes Japi got a freekick which was hit by Murilo Freitas. Dida Coelho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcos Barreto went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Soinho's Murilo Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Bertassi in the 63rd minute of play. Dida Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Dida Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Barreto in the 69th minute of the match. When Murilo Freitas was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. Murilo Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Japi's Dida Coelho got control of the ball when Marcos Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Baltazar Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adalberto Rezende kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Baltazar Meirelles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soinho's Murilo Dantas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Japi's goalkeeper Dida Coelho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Barreto. Marcos Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Coelho having to interfere. Adalberto Rezende recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 87 minutes into the match, Marcos Barreto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dida Coelho. Japi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos Barreto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Marcos Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Coelho having to interfere. Soinho's Marcos Barreto got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
