Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dinei Macedo started the match with the kick off. Benê Capixaba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dinei Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Wilton Tande came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Mamore fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilton Tande couldn't finish the play. Dinei Macedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Válter Secco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Mamore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Cavalcante to maneuver through the defense. If Benê Capixaba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Válter Secco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benê Capixaba's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dinei Macedo in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Válter Secco saved Mamore from getting behind. 25 minutes into the game, Wilton Tande recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kléberson Palmeira. Wilton Tande showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Benê Capixaba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Válter Secco. Mamore's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benê Capixaba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 39 minutes into the match, Piacaba's Benê Capixaba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Válter Secco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Mamore booed when Piacaba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilton Tande was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. Mamore's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 45th minute Wilton Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kléberson Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kléberson Palmeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilton Tande in the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Benê Capixaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Válter Secco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinei Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Piacaba's goal looked a bit too open when Wilton Tande came free, but Kléberson Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinei Macedo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Válter Secco 59 minutes into the match. Benê Capixaba took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Válter Secco. Válter Secco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, Piacaba's Alexsandro Perez got a free kick in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Mamore's Frank Messias broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 70 played minutes Piacaba got a freekick which was hit by Ramón Fernandez. Kléberson Palmeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vito Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. With a little luck, Mamore's Válter Secco got control of the ball when Benê Capixaba tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Válter Secco managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Piacaba's Benê Capixaba fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dinei Macedo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 82nd minute. Piacaba's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Válter Secco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinei Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Dinei Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benê Capixaba scored 1-4 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Válter Secco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Piacaba players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
