Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

57 minutes into the match, Pé de Pano's goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Peres came free, but Vivaldo Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Vivaldo Guerra managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Theobroma AD's Diego Vale fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
