Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of INTER DE MILÃO booed when Ibicuitanga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betão Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Abel Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 10 minutes, Américo Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibicuitanga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Américo Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jerônimo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Américo Alves in the 12th minute of play. Américo Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jerônimo Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cristiano Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, INTER DE MILÃO's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Neves came free, but Jerônimo Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Abel Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerônimo Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Américo Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes of play, Ibicuitanga's Américo Alves made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerônimo Machado was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd minute, Abel Neves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ibicuitanga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Américo Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Ibicuitanga were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Américo Alves made a kick off. With a little luck, INTER DE MILÃO's Jerônimo Machado got control of the ball when Américo Alves tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute, Américo Alves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerônimo Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Jerônimo Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Américo Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jerônimo Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Américo Alves sped through INTER DE MILÃO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jerônimo Machado. Abel Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jerônimo Machado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Américo Alves in the 68th minute. Abel Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerônimo Machado having to interfere. If Américo Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, INTER DE MILÃO's Jerônimo Machado got control of the ball when Cristiano Velasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Lago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Américo Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jerônimo Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. INTER DE MILÃO's Tomé Paraíba got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Ibicuitanga left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than INTER DE MILÃO.
