Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eliseu Pirani got the match started through his kick off. Eusébio Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Váldson Macedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aleandro Catarinense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Váldson Macedo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Váldson Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Váldson Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Aleandro Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Macabuzinho's Gino Silveira shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 21st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mathias Pitta but with some difficulty. A collision led to Erequim SS getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Wiliam Esteves hit a great ball. When Erequim SS's Váldson Macedo in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Macabuzinho's goalie prevented a goal. Jairo Catarinense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Torres in the 36th minute of play forced Erequim SS's goalkeeper Mathias Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Eliseu Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleandro Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiliam Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Aleandro Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Macabuzinho's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Pirani came free, but Aleandro Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 53 played minutes Erequim SS got a freekick which was hit by Yuri de Sena. Aleandro Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Pirani in the 59th minute of the match. Dino Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Macabuzinho's Chico Messias broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mathias Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Eusébio Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Macabuzinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathias Pitta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Macabuzinho's Aleandro Catarinense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Macabuzinho from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Erequim SS's Eliseu Pirani slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aleandro Catarinense. That made the score 0-1 after 78 minutes of play. Eusébio Torres struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Mathias Pitta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Macabuzinho. Eliseu Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Aleandro Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Erequim SS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Erequim SS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
