Tales Mota came out of the goal and Claudinho de Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tales Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Furtado in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 played minutes Corinthians Paulista got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Hoffmann. After a defensive mix-up in Corinthians Paulista's zone, Dinei Furtado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tales Mota came out of the goal and Dinei Furtado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dionísio Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Mota having to interfere. Tales Mota didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mandury AD's Dinei Furtado shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute.
