Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Franklin Tinoco got the match started through his kick off. When Cujuim's Walmir Silveira in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Padre's goalie prevented a goal. In the 6th minute, Noel Lucas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Padre's João Carlos Berger tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Cujuim's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Tinoco came free, but Pedro Paulo Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Cujuim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Zanette to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Franklin Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Padre's supporters rose to their feet, but Franklin Tinoco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Paulo Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franklin Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronaldo Bittencourt hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Franklin Tinoco sped through Cujuim's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Paulo Mota. Pedro Paulo Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Edvaldo Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Paulo Mota having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Cujuim's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Tinoco came free, but Pedro Paulo Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes Cujuim got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Coelho. Walmir Silveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cujuim booed when Padre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, João Carlos Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Trancoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sandro Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Trancoso ran back to his position shaking his head. Walmir Silveira hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Walmir Silveira to strike the kick off in the second half. When Felipe Lopes fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Padre's protests and gave Felipe Lopes a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Padre got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Lopes. Sandro Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmir Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 70th match minute, Cujuim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldo Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 72 in the game by Edvaldo Trevisan from a close distance when the talented Pedro Paulo Mota managed to make a qualified save. Cujuim's players were relieved. Padre's Sandro Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Trancoso in the 74th minute of play. If Nico Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronaldo Bittencourt during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pedro Paulo Mota made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Edvaldo Trevisan sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Padre booed when Cujuim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Zanette didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edvaldo Trevisan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Linares's late challenge caught a Padre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Linares helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Franklin Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Padre were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
