Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ulysses Trigo made the kick off which started today's match. Jânio Trevisan took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico do Vale. Chico do Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ramiro Pinho hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. A collision led to Hull City A.F.C getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Valdemar Machado hit a great ball. In the 15th match minute, Hull City A.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdemar Machado to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Ulysses Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jânio Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 played minutes Hull City A.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Charles Marquez. Nelsinho Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Botelho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gildo Mattos in the 34th minute. Igor Botelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guto Meireles, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hull City A.F.C's zone, Guto Meireles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Botelho came out of the goal and Guto Meireles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guto Meireles to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Nelsinho Neiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hull City A.F.C's Igor Botelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Meireles in the 56th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hull City A.F.C's zone, Gildo Mattos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Botelho came out of the goal and Gildo Mattos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Douradoquara's Chico do Vale got control of the ball when Jânio Trevisan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Douradoquara's Guto Meireles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Botelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Hull City A.F.C's Guga Varela got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Gildo Mattos might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Botelho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gildo Mattos ran back to his position shaking his head. Ramiro Pinho struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Igor Botelho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Douradoquara. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guga Varela got free with Chico do Vale in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulysses Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Chico do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guto Meireles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gildo Mattos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Botelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gildo Mattos, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Otávio Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Botelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gildo Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the game, Douradoquara's Nelsinho Neiva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Igor Botelho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Igor Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelsinho Neiva in the 97th minute of play. Douradoquara walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
