The audience thought a goal was coming when Wágner Tasso got free with João Paulo Vieira in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kairos Esporte Clube's Rodrigo Pinho was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 5th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Fiori Vides charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fiori Vides the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fiori Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Kairos Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Wanderson Aguiar came free, but Jefferson Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Paulo Vieira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wágner Tasso went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 24 minutes in the game, Rodrigo Pinho fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without João Paulo Vieira having to interfere. Rodrigo Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Paulo Vieira having to interfere. After 32 played minutes Straga Racha got a freekick which was hit by William Cearense. João Paulo Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Pinho in the 36th minute of play. When Fiori Vides was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. Fiori Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. With a little luck, Straga Racha's João Paulo Vieira got control of the ball when Wágner Tasso tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Wanderson Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Straga Racha's João Paulo Vieira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Straga Racha from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Wanderson Aguiar made the kick off in the second half. Jefferson Eger made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Wanderson Aguiar sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Kairos Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Róbson Cordeiro hit a great ball. Wanderson Aguiar came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jefferson Eger could save by the left post. A nice corner shot did that William Cearense got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jefferson Eger quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 64th minute, Rodrigo Pinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kairos Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Straga Racha's João Paulo Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Pinho in the 70th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, William Cearense sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Jefferson Eger threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for William Cearense this time. João Paulo Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kairos Esporte Clube's zone, Wanderson Aguiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jefferson Eger came out of the goal and Wanderson Aguiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amauri Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. João Paulo Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Pinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
