Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Luiz Gustavo Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Zbydniowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Michal Zbydniowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Luiz Gustavo Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Affonso's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Michal Zbydniowski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Michal Zbydniowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Affonso's Dagoberto Prata nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niels Walhöfer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 36 played minutes, Affonso's Cristóvão Linares shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Niels Walhöfer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Affonso reached it. Cristóvão Linares hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Niels Walhöfer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Prata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michal Zbydniowski made a kick off. Affonso's Luiz Gustavo Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Zbydniowski in the 59th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Socanelas FC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Palmeira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Zbydniowski in the 67th minute of play forced Affonso's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredão de Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niels Walhöfer having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michal Zbydniowski in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Gustavo Cardoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee felt a red card was in order, 89 minutes into the game, when Noa Ayache put in a rough tackle. It was beautiful to see Socanelas FC's Ediberto Maranhense in action when he in the 98th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The Affonso players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
