After 35 played minutes Affonso got a freekick which was hit by Kléber Tepedino. Uxituba SS's Guga Hoffmann couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Affonso. Wiliam Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Silbestre in the 46th minute of play forced Affonso's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wiliam Campidelis made a kick off. The supporters of Affonso booed when Uxituba SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Håkansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Gustavo Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphael Matorin in the 55th minute of the match. Affonso's Dagoberto Prata got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Dagoberto Prata off the ground. Wiliam Campidelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Gustavo Cardoso having to interfere. Affonso's Luiz Gustavo Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiliam Campidelis in the 66th minute of play. 5-0 became the score in the 69th minute when Wiliam Campidelis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Allan Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raphael Matorin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. In the 83rd match minute, Affonso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Cruz to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Uxituba SS's Guga Hoffmann in action when he in the 85th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! If Wiliam Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute, Cristóvão Linares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Wiliam Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uxituba SS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
