Satan Soccer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eliel United F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, Satan Soccer's Nando Costa got a free kick in the 8th minute. The supporters of Satan Soccer booed when Eliel United F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nando Costa scored 1-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Augusto Tande, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Horacio Urdaspal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cafu Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Arlindo Secco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Satan Soccer's supporters rose to their feet, but Arlindo Secco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Augusto Tande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rdth minute of the game Nando Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eliel United F.C's Carlos Augusto Tande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Cafu Carneiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Horacio Urdaspal however easily saved by the left post. Nando Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Augusto Tande having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nando Costa in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Augusto Tande saved Eliel United F.C from getting behind. Nilmar Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Carlos Augusto Tande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Augusto Tande stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nando Costa's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. When Eliel United F.C's Armando da Rocha in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armando da Rocha made a kick off. Carlos Augusto Tande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu de Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Eliel United F.C's zone, Nando Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Augusto Tande came out of the goal and Nando Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nando Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Carlos Augusto Tande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Augusto Tande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeu de Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Nando Costa came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Satan Soccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nando Costa couldn't finish the play. If Nilmar Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Adrianinho Tande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raí Dionísio struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nando Costa in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Augusto Tande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle sounded Satan Soccer left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Eliel United F.C.
