Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Nico Marinho made the kick off and thus started the match. 9 minutes into the match, Rolandia SC's goal looked a bit too open when Váldson Meireles came free, but Celsinho Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Mauro de Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rolandia SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Váldson Meireles came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Black Skull FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Váldson Meireles couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the match, Black Skull FC's Natanael Corrêa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celsinho Cearense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Nico Marinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinei da Rocha was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. A collision led to Black Skull FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Arlindo Marques hit a great ball. In the 38th minute Nico Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro de Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Black Skull FC's zone, Nico Marinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dinei da Rocha came out of the goal and Nico Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute, Mauro de Mendonça made a precise shot to the right of Dinei da Rocha. Black Skull FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0.

The wind increased when Natanael Corrêa made the kick off in the second half. Mauro de Mendonça might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinei da Rocha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro de Mendonça ran back to his position shaking his head. After 55 minutes of play, Black Skull FC's Váldson Meireles made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celsinho Cearense was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mauro de Mendonça might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinei da Rocha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro de Mendonça ran back to his position shaking his head. Dinei da Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Josué Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauro de Mendonça might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinei da Rocha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro de Mendonça ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute Nico Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mauro de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinei da Rocha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nico Marinho went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro de Mendonça in the 82nd minute of play forced Black Skull FC's goalkeeper Dinei da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nico Marinho in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dinei da Rocha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolandia SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emanuel Macedo in the 91st minute. A nice corner shot did that Emanuel Macedo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dinei da Rocha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mauro de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dinei da Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Black Skull FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rolandia SC.
