Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zé Antunes started the match with the kick off. Celsinho Gerber took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Túlio Travassos. Túlio Travassos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Agostinho SS's Leandro Linhares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Agostinho SS from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Moisés Bastos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Túlio Travassos was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the match, Gerencia's goal looked a bit too open when Celsinho Gerber came free, but Túlio Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Agostinho SS got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Sabóia. Leandro Linhares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tony Pires in the 22nd minute. After 26 played minutes Agostinho SS got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Recife. When Gerencia's Zé Antunes in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Agostinho SS's goalie prevented a goal. Edgar Mesquita's late challenge caught a Gerencia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Mesquita helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Agostinho SS getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Edgar Mesquita hit a great ball. Tony Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Linhares having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tony Pires got free with Leandro Linhares in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Túlio Travassos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Gerber in the 38th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Agostinho SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

51 minutes into the game, Alessandro Galvão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gerencia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Agostinho SS the free kick. Alessandro Galvão hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Tony Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 70 minutes, Zé Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gerencia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Antunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th match minute, Gerencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enéas Peixoto to maneuver through the defense. Agostinho SS's Vladimir Recife couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 75th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gerencia. 77 minutes into the match, Agostinho SS's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Antunes came free, but Leandro Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Agostinho SS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edgar de Amaral was slow to take the kick. During this time Gerencia's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Zé Antunes to score against Leandro Linhares in Agostinho SS's goal. 1-1 after 79 minutes. Leandro Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Antunes in the 83rd minute of the match. Chicão Coelho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leandro Linhares. Agostinho SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Agostinho SS getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Celsinho Gerber hit a great ball. A collision led to Gerencia getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Alessandro Galvão hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Agostinho SS's Vladimir Recife broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
