Renatinho Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adolfo Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Cipriano Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genílson Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihkel Kanne having to interfere. Renatinho Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihkel Kanne having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Itas EC's goal looked a bit too open when Renatinho Melo came free, but Mihkel Kanne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Itas EC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Genílson Matorin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 43rd match minute, Alambique was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Santos to maneuver through the defense. Deivid Rosa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Alambique's Renatinho Melo got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renatinho Melo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Itas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulinho Lopez to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the game, Valdo Vale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alambique's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itas EC the free kick. Valdo Vale hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Itas EC's Deivid Rosa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Mateus Branco took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Cipriano Sena to make any attempt to save it. When Adolfo Toledo came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Itas EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Toledo couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute, Valdo Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Adolfo Toledo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cipriano Sena, passed just outside the right post. Cipriano Sena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateus Branco's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Renatinho Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mateus Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Cipriano Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deivid Rosa, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Itas EC booed when Alambique was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléber Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Mateus Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itas EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateus Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adolfo Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Cipriano Sena made a huge save. Genílson Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihkel Kanne having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Itas EC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
