Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Eduardo Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ari FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luizinho Prata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Eduardo Salgado during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 5th minute, one of Boacica SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boacica SC. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Ari FC. Gualter de Alcântara stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Luizinho Prata. 0-1. Adalberto Dantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodriguinho Guerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luizinho Prata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. When Marcelinho Messias came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Ari FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelinho Messias couldn't finish the play. When Ari FC's Rodriguinho Guerra in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boacica SC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 17th minute Ari FC were awarded a corner. Gualter de Alcântara went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Rodriguinho Guerra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luizinho Prata quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rodriguinho Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Luizinho Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Boacica SC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodriguinho Guerra came free, but Luizinho Prata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luizinho Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 36 minutes into the game, Cássio Cearense lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Guga Aparecido. After having played for 40 minutes, Rodriguinho Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ari FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodriguinho Guerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luizinho Prata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelinho Messias in the 42nd minute of play. Luizinho Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelinho Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Aleandro Medeiros's late challenge caught a Ari FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the game, Ari FC's Marcelinho Messias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luizinho Prata made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The Boacica SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ari FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodriguinho Guerra to make the kick off. Luizinho Prata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguinho Guerra in the 55th minute of play. Eduardo Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Luizinho Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luizinho Prata made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Marcelinho Messias sent off a good shot on target. After 61 played minutes, Ari FC's Erivaldo Coelho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luizinho Prata came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ari FC reached it. Rodriguinho Guerra was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience was convinced that Rodriguinho Guerra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luizinho Prata was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Henrique Massa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 79 minutes, Henrique Massa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boacica SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Massa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luizinho Prata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luizinho Prata made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Marcelinho Messias sent off a good shot on target. Luizinho Prata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fabiano Dias in the 92nd minute of the match. Rodriguinho Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Rodriguinho Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ari FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
