César Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Adalberto Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Coruripe's goal looked a bit too open when Vinícius Abreu came free, but Adalberto Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Sirinhaem EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Quirino to maneuver through the defense. Hamílton Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Michel Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorival Donato struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Michel Sampaio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coruripe. In the 30th minute, Vinícius Abreu made a precise shot to the right of Adalberto Alcântara. Coruripe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Dorival Donatos short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Michel Sampaio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marco Quirino's late challenge caught a Coruripe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Marco Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Michel Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorival Donato in the 56th minute of play. Hamílton Cosme took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michel Sampaio. Michel Sampaio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 60th minute, Tiago Gabriel Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adalberto Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when César Medeiros sent off a good shot on target. After 72 played minutes Sirinhaem EC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fernando Valadares. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sirinhaem EC's goalkeeper Michel Sampaio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 81 minutes, Tarcisio de Mendonça mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sirinhaem EC and the Coruripe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Tarcisio de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Dorival Donato got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Coruripe's Hamílton Cosme got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Jacinto Peres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sirinhaem EC's Michel Sampaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorival Donato in the 95th minute of play. Dorival Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Michel Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sirinhaem EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Coruripe.
