If Alan de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alan de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alan de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo Novaes having to interfere. Jenipapeiro's Jefferson Linares got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alan de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alan de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36thth minute of the game Arí Marinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alegres SC's Tomás França was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Jenipapeiro's César Paranaense got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute of the match Leonel Fontes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remo Novaes skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Jenipapeiro's zone, Alan de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remo Novaes came out of the goal and Alan de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, José Maria Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alan de Lara made a kick off. Renan Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo Novaes having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jenipapeiro's zone, Alan de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remo Novaes came out of the goal and Alan de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan de Lara in the 55th minute of play forced Jenipapeiro's goalkeeper Remo Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alan de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Renan Valadares hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Marinho in the 62nd minute of play forced Alegres SC's goalkeeper Tomás França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th match minute, Jenipapeiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Cabral to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Jenipapeiro's José Maria Rodrigues got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 79 minutes into the match, Alegres SC's goal looked a bit too open when Arí Marinho came free, but Tomás França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Alegres SC's Alan de Lara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remo Novaes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Remo Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan de Lara in the 87th minute of the match. Cássio Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás França having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Alegres SC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
