Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Osmar Costa started the match with the kick off. Gennadiy Gersh stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osmar Costa's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmar Costa in the 8th minute of play forced Pocinhos SC's goalkeeper Gennadiy Gersh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juranda SC's Claudinho Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naldo Macedo in the 18th minute of play. If Naldo Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Claudinho Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Juranda SC's Betão de Castro got a free kick in the 28th minute. Gennadiy Gersh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomé Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After having played for 41 minutes, Naldo Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pocinhos SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Naldo Macedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Gustavo Lara reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Claudinho Torres. The goal made the score 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Naldo Macedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luiz Fernando Alvarenga's late challenge caught a Pocinhos SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Fernando Alvarenga helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Juranda SC! The referee gave Pocinhos SC a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Robert Nestor, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Juranda SC's Claudinho Torres. 2-0. Gustavo Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Torres having to interfere. When Naldo Macedo came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Pocinhos SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naldo Macedo couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute, Ezequiel Cordeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinho Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 82 minutes, Gustavo Lara made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Juranda SC's Claudinho Torres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Naldo Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pocinhos SC fully deserved thier win.
