In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sport Psycho Circus's goalkeeper Aílton Hermes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aílton Hermes made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Almir de Godoi sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Acucena SS booed when Sport Psycho Circus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Augusto Rezende didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Almir de Godoi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Almir de Godoi in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aílton Hermes saved Sport Psycho Circus from getting behind. When Almir de Godoi came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Acucena SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Almir de Godoi couldn't finish the play. In the 81stth minute of the game Almir de Godoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sport Psycho Circus's Aílton Hermes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
