The supporters of bahia booed when Hipsters FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernani Ferraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Giuseppe Furlan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hipsters FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave bahia the free kick. Nestor de Senna charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nestor de Senna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hipsters FC's Dorian Esteves couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for bahia. Rui Melo scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Dionísio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Willian Gerber hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Rodriguinho Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Rui Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Dionísio having to interfere. bahia's Natanael Matos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 61st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 64 minutes, Willian Gerber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the bahia and the Hipsters FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Natanael Matos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Gonçalo de Mendonça charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
