The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Bruno Dionísio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 5th minute, Rodriguinho Cearense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Reis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Dionísio. Hipsters FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Reis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Giovani Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodriguinho Cearense in the 41st minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Baixinho SC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodriguinho Cearense came free, but Giovani Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 45 minutes, Rodriguinho Cearense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hipsters FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodriguinho Cearense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Baixinho SC's zone, Diego Branco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giovani Costa came out of the goal and Diego Branco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Albertino Teles made the kick off in the second half. Diego Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When Ronaldinho Dantas fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baixinho SC's protests and gave Ronaldinho Dantas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Baixinho SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Ian Almeida charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Branco couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Arnaldo Reis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hipsters FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Baixinho SC.
