Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alan Proença made the kick off which started today's match. If Frederico Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pedro Augusto Porto came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Bambui SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Augusto Porto couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute, Bambui SC's Alan Proença dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 13th minute, Guto Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA's Frederico Sanches sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kiko do Nascimento narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pedro Augusto Porto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Doriva de Barros made a huge save. Alan Proença took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doriva de Barros. Doriva de Barros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With his leg Doriva de Barros managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Bambui SC's Pedro Augusto Porto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico Sanches in the 29th minute of play forced Bambui SC's goalkeeper Kiko do Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th match minute, Bambui SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guto Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. Isaltino Dante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Kiko do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Augusto Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doriva de Barros having to interfere. The supporters of Bambui SC booed when MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaltino Dante didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Isaltino Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiko do Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Proença came free, but Doriva de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Geovanni Dantas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bambui SC the free kick. Geovanni Dantas hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Pedro Augusto Porto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaltino Dante was the one to do the kick off. Frederico Sanches fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiko do Nascimento having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Serafim de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bambui SC's goalkeeper Kiko do Nascimento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alan Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaltino Dante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kiko do Nascimento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Isaltino Dante rounded Bambui SC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 71st minute of the match Oswaldo Mineiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kiko do Nascimento showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 72 minutes, Guto Carneiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bambui SC and the MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guto Carneiro hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Isaltino Dante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kiko do Nascimento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. MENGASA DE ARAPIRACA's Isaltino Dante got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Doriva de Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bambui SC's goalkeeper Kiko do Nascimento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bambui SC had won after a very even match.
