In the 6th minute, Bernardinho Tepedino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Braz Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Giovani Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marcelinho Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Braz Fc getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Pedrão Almeida hit a great ball. With a little luck, Braz Fc's Marcelinho Arce got control of the ball when Zeca Lucas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zeca Lucas struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Marcelinho Arce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leões F. C.. In the 23rd minute, Giovani Couto fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Braz Fc's Geraldo Sarmento got a free kick in the 24th minute. Nicolas Toscano charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Toscano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Nicolas Toscano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th match minute, Leões F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Luiz Paulista to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Toscano took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Deivid Faria. Deivid Faria dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some careless play in the Leões F. C. defense, Bernardinho Tepedino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Deivid Faria. The Leões F. C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Deivid Faria should have stopped the shot. Bernardinho Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nicolas Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Deivid Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Leões F. C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Braz Fc were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Giovani Couto made the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Nicolas Toscano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leões F. C.'s Deivid Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Leões F. C. booed when Braz Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kiko Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 played minutes Braz Fc got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Toscano. Bernardinho Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deivid Faria having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Leões F. C.'s zone, Nicolas Toscano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Deivid Faria came out of the goal and Nicolas Toscano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Braz Fc booed when Leões F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luiz Diniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Nicolas Toscano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Braz Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Toscano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardinho Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deivid Faria having to interfere. Nicolas Toscano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Deivid Faria made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Toscano in the 83rd minute of play forced Leões F. C.'s goalkeeper Deivid Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Braz Fc's Geraldo Sarmento got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 87 played minutes Leões F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Jorginho Alvarenga. If Nicolas Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Giovani Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes Leões F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Lucas. If Geraldo Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Braz Fc could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Leões F. C. throughout the match.
